Working for Scotiabank has allowed me to improve upon my skills in design, presentation, and research. In addition, employment in the Learning Transformation department has allowed me the privilage of being exposed to the workings of some of the leading Learning Design professionals in the industry. I worked tirelessly to support my team, create job aids, resources, and customer service programming for both existing customer service employees and incoming Scotiabank new hires.
