Working for Scotiabank has allowed me to improve upon my skills in design, presentation, and research. In addition, employment in the Learning Transformation department has allowed me the privilage of being exposed to the workings of some of the leading Learning Design professionals in the industry. I worked tirelessly to support my team, create job aids, resources, and customer service programming for both existing customer service employees and incoming Scotiabank new hires.

Being part of the Shuttle program revitalization process has allowed me to employ my skills in processing incoming job applications, interviewing, and hiring candidates. I also managed marketing and raising awareness for the service, which is an ongoing process.

Working as a Leasing Specialist for the largest student housing company in the area gave me a great deal of experienece with event planning, marketing, sales, and implementation. As the Regional Manager for Advantage College Painters, I had a lot of responsibility with regards to running the day-to-day- operations of a business; I wrote job postings, selected candidates, conducted interviews, and I was responsible for hiring.
